док.межд. эк., амер. поправка Бэрда (поправка к закону США "О тарифах" от 1930 г., согласно которой средства, собранные в форме антидемпинговых и компенсационных пошлин, должны направляться американским производителям, которые обращались с петицией о проведении антидемпингового или компенсационного расследования (ранее собранные средства сразу же переводились на счета Министерства финансов США); в соответствии с данной поправкой таможенные органы переводят собранные пошлины на специальные счета, каждый из которых соответствует отдельному антидемпинговому или компенсационному разбирательству; по окончании финансового года средства со счетов переводятся предприятиям, участвовавшим в соответствующих разбирательствах; в рамках ВТО считается формой скрытого субсидирования сельского хозяйства и оспаривается как незаконная; название дано по имени Роберта Бэрда (Robert Byrd), сенатора из Западной Вирджинии, который продвигал эту поправку; внесена в 2000 г.; полное название: закон "О непрерывном компенсировании демпинга и субсидий")Syn:See:
